Warranty

Luggage purchased directly from our website or through approved retail partners is protected by a lifetime warranty that remains in effect for the original owner as long as they retain the product. This coverage is intended to support the long-term functionality of essential components, giving travelers confidence that their luggage will continue to perform reliably over time. The warranty focuses on key structural and mechanical elements, such as wheels that no longer roll correctly, handles or telescopic systems that fail to extend or retract smoothly, and locks or zippers that stop working as intended. These protections are specifically designed to address issues related to manufacturing defects or material faults.

The warranty does not extend to damage caused by external handling or environmental factors. This includes issues such as cracks, dents, or structural damage resulting from airline transport or other third-party handling. Cosmetic changes like scratches, scuffs, fading, or discoloration are also not covered, as they are considered a natural result of regular use. Wear and tear affecting interior linings, compartments, or fabric over time is excluded as well. In addition, the warranty does not apply to loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or repairs performed outside of approved service channels. Components that remain functional and show no defect are not eligible for replacement under this policy.

For customers who prefer additional protection, an extended coverage option is available. This upgrade expands the scope of protection to include incidents that are not covered under the standard warranty, such as damage caused during airline handling or situations involving lost luggage. This option is particularly useful for frequent travelers who want broader coverage and added assurance during their journeys.

To submit a warranty request, customers are required to provide proof of purchase, typically in the form of an original order number or receipt. Once a claim is reviewed and a defect is confirmed, replacement parts may be provided along with guidance on installation. The time required for processing and delivery of replacement components may vary depending on inventory availability. If a repair is not feasible, a replacement suitcase may be offered. While identical replacements cannot always be guaranteed, particularly for discontinued or limited-edition models, any replacement provided will be comparable in value or higher than the original item. All warranty evaluations are conducted at the discretion of the company, and claims that do not meet the outlined criteria may be declined.

Other products within the range are covered by separate warranty terms. Bags are typically supported by a two-year warranty that addresses defects in materials or workmanship for the original purchaser, excluding accidental damage or normal wear. Wallets have varying coverage depending on the model, with some offering lifetime protection and others covered for a limited period. Packing accessories, such as compressible cubes, are generally backed by a two-year warranty that applies to manufacturing issues but does not include damage caused by regular use or external factors.

The warranty system is intended to be fair and reliable for all customers. Claims found to involve inaccurate or misleading information may result in the warranty being voided. By maintaining clear guidelines and consistent standards, the program supports long-term product quality while ensuring that customers receive appropriate assistance when genuine defects arise.
